Initial Thoughts:
I think this is the first card I've seen that is a "enters as a choice of:". I mean, there's always been variations of Skinshifter or Figure of Destiny--but those change after they are on the battlefield.
This one doesn't change unless you Momentary Blink it or something.
So it can always be a 4-cost 3/3 that has no color dedication. A 2/2 flier can definitely win games in Limited, and the 1/6 is pretty good.
The 1/6 form is obviously the worst because at four mana, you will have to deal with a lot more cards than this would be relevant if your opponent is playing aggro, plus a 4-cost 1/6 defender is really below the curve.
Actually all of it's forms are below the curve, but I guess for an increased cost you get to choose which one you want. I guess it's okay but there are way better cards. 2/5
