Initial Thoughts:
So I like this card...at worst its tap for 1 mana, usually (in like most EDH games) itll tap for some kind of relevant mana and best case you can make use of mana u don't normally have access to. I don't really no much about cards like this though, I mean its no Mox but I see it as handy. Id say in EDH 3/5 out side of EDH 2/5...unless you have a deck built around like mind control and such where you might need that other mana
