Initial thoughts:
It's a pretty good card if you have Metalcraft, but I don't really think it needs to be conditional.
A 3-cost 3/1 is already below average, but I guess it's about right for a red card. By bumping it to a 4-cost and conditional, it really makes it into the never-see-constructed zone. But it at least trades for things in draft.
Not much to talk about here.
