Initial thoughts:
Alright, so I absolutely hate this card. My friend in particular always played his Sliver deck, which I wasn't too fond of because it can quickly spiral out of control and the best board-wipe I had at the time was Pyroclasm. And even then I didn't play it.
Nowadays I know it wouldn't stand against my 8-wrath effects standard deck, which to be honest is overkill, but it does stop Slivers. I particularly hated this card because I liked to play a lot of spot removal. Lightning Bolts with Searing Blaze and whatnot.
One of the most devastating slivers around. And it's a 2 cost 2/2, so fill your deck with Ancient Ziggurats and you should be fine. I'm tempted to give it 4/5 overall, but you'd never play this outside of a Sliver deck, and its an auto-include in Sliver decks. So 5/5
